Photography is many things and those of us that call ourselves professionals are just as diverse, with different filters and skill sets. Herein you will not find a technical blog. I will not be waxing on about the subtle differences between this or that camera manufacturer or how much better this German lens is over another made in Korea. Not my cup of tea.

No, I'm a technique guy. I try lots of different things and test out a wide variety of software programs. I'm happy to share the ups and downs, ins and outs with you as my continuing journey as a professional landcape photographer unfolds.

My view is a simple one. It doesn't matter what kind of gear you have if you can't execute your vision. Hopefully you'll pick up a tidbit here and there that will help you see in a different way. Maybe you'll even get in a chuckle or two at my expense, I hope you do. We're all friends here after all.
